INFO

We are very excited to be able to continue JAM for Term 4, however certain measures and practices will be put in place to ensure the safety of all our JAMers as well as their families and friends.

Food & Drink

We unfortunately are not able to provide supper and we ask everyone to bring their own drink bottle. We will have the facility for JAMers to fill up their drink bottles during the night.

Share Facilities

Due to the nature of the church premises being a share facility between different groups, we will be limiting access to other specs within the building, such as the KidsLife rooms or the church. After each event each space and item used by the JAMers is required to be cleaned and sanitised by the JAM leaders.

Social Distancing

The church has placed posters around the premises with the maximum number of people per room/space; we will adhere to these guidelines as well as general social distancing guidelines.

Drop-off/Pickup

Similar to school guidelines, we ask parents/guardians to drop-off and pickup your JAMers from the outside courtyard (or the undercover area in the event of rain). This will reduce the number and proximity of people in the hall at one time. Upon arriving please ensure you are marked as attending - as we need to keep a record of attendance as per Government regulations. We do ask before leaving, you make contact with a JAM leader so we know our JAMers are leaving safely.

Timing

In order to limit the time of contact between JAMers, JAM Leaders and parents/guardians, the timing of all our events will be 6:30pm to 8:00pm, unless otherwise stated.

Donation

Usually our JAM events are $5 (supper included) to cover costs. As we will not be providing food and in line with the current cash free movement. JAM will be free, unless otherwise stated.
